This weekend we're moving, so please think good, efficient thoughts for us. Especially that the truck we rented strikes a balance between capacity and maneuverability, and that the two movers we hired to help won't have too much trouble with the eleventy-billion steps up to the house.
Hopefully once we get a little settled--and this house gets a good cleaning--I'll be able to write something about the new place.
PS - because I haven't been organized enough to upload my own photos, I am resorting to posting a link to some other people's pics of Lincoln Park, which will become our nearest neighborhood park. Please enjoy its proximity to Puget Sound and its rad Olympic-view sunsets. Woo. Hoo.

Hey! You're moving!! Does this mean you bought a house?? We're so behind on the news. Hope the move goes extra smooth. Our last move was so trying that I don't plan on moving again for, ah, thirty years or so ;-)
