A convenient way to keep people from comparing old versions of pages to newer ones. Is this revising recent history?

This is scary stuff. I know it's not rational, but I sometimes worry about moving back to the states after all of this time in Germany. I just really wonder if a whole bunch of nutters have not taken over; or rather, if a whole bunch of _not_ crazy but incredibly self-interested people are not now running the place.

I feel similar after a year (!) back in the US. I'm sure that those jerks have a grand plan, chiefly to confuse us so they can hold on to power. Grumble.
